To all devoted readers of the ESNG (AI-Edition),
The thoroughly investigative reporters of the ESNG (AI-Edition), in interviewing the illustrious warehouse manager (who else could it be but the Brian, king-of-all-things-Brian), were presented with the following quandary:
"The problems always occur on days that end in y."
Word of this matter reached the ears of the editor in chief of the ESNG (AI-Edition). After looking up the definition and spelling of the word "quandary" he took this matter home to his children, with whom commenced a decidedly in-depth discussion on this quirky quandary.
The result of said conversation was this conclusion:
- Monday and Friday end in y. Wait, all the days of the week end in y. However, in German and in Spanish, the days of the week do not end in y. Therefore, the first plan of action in solving this matter is to carry on all warehouse activities in a foreign language in which the days of the week do not end in y.
- If the first plan of action does not result in an obvious and full solution, then that leads us to conclude that a rose by any other name is still a rose. ie. It doesn't matter what they end in, the days of the week at fault are always faulty and will remain faulty whether or not they end in y. Thus the second plan of action is to remove the faulty days of the week. On what days do the problems occur? Remove those days from the equation. Problem solved.
- If the second plan of action does not lead to a problem-free path, then it is possible that the lone voice belonging to one of the children on the other side of the table was right when he attempted to interject that people are the problem and not the days of the week or the letter in which they end. Of course this line of thinking is absurd from beginning to end and I only include as a source of levity in the midst of such a serious and trying concern.
The editors, writers and reporters of the ESNG (AI-Edition) do look forward to the implementation of the above plans of action (particularly the first one) and the ensuing interviews of people experiencing problem-free weeks in problem-free workplaces.
If you have read this far, then thank you once again for being a devoted and committed reader of the ESNG (AI-Edition).
